Using Imposter Syndrome as a Driving Force

Whenever we make something, it's hard to ignore that voice in our head saying that we're not good enough, that we've wasted our time, that no-one will care. That imposter syndrome feeds our fear of failure and gets in the way of our creativity.

If we can recognise that that fearful energy is an indication that this really matters to us and will feed our soul - then we can try to harness that to just do the work. We have to throw away our expectations (good and bad) and just make art that brings us alive. That's what it's all about.

This is the topic that I discussed in this short clip from our podcast!

This clip came from Episode 55 of 'Across the Pond' which you can find here.
